Detailed Play Systems ships to all 48 states within the continental U.S. using
UPS, Fedex, or Motor Freight truck, depending upon order size and weight
(see below for other locations and for shipping
address requirements).
Order-to-delivery time will depend on order contents and the delivery location.
Orders for stock items (swing seats, chain, hardware, landscape timbers) are
shipped promptly. Items that are available in many color selections and configurations
(larger plastics, slides, tubes, larger metals, swing frames) are not stocked they are made-to-order and typically
involve an estimated 2 week lead time for manufacturing. Some smaller items may be completed sooner,
larger orders typically require a longer lead time to manufacture. An estimate of manufacturing lead
time is included with quotes. Order to shipment time can range from a few days (stock) up to a few weeks (made-to-order).
Items that are made-to-order are not cancellable, returnable, or refundable after an order to manufacture is placed by customer.
UPS / Fedex Shipping: For most smaller orders
that are UPS or Fedex parcel carrier sized and under 100lbs, our online
shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping and you will be able to
preview the shipping cost prior to placing your order.
Motor Freight Shipping: Our shopping cart
shipping charge will be set to $0. when an order
requires, or is less costly, to ship by motor freight truck
(as indicated by the motor freight truck icon above appearing
next to the item on the product pages). In this case, we will
call or email with the freight quote prior to processing your
order.
A 2nd transaction for the freight shipping will be charged
to your credit card account, unless prior alternate shipping
arrangements have been made by customer. Placement of an order
followed by customer approval of the freight quote authorizes
Detailed Play Systems to begin processing the order and to
hire a freight carrier for delivery on customer's behalf. It
is the customers responsibility thereafter for payment of freight
charges.
Freight Quotes: Freight quotes can be provided
in advance of placing an order by either sending an email using the link
below, or by callng us. Include a list of all products that
you are interested in ordering and your delivery zip code.

We are not able to deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.
UPS and Fedex are not able to deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses, we are able to ship using UPS or Fedex.
Locations outside Continental U.S. 48 States:
We are not able to ship any items to international
addresses overseas or outside of North America. Orders that
require a freight truck cannot be shipped to any location outside
of the continental U.S. 48 States. This is due to the shipping costs and transport
logistics involved. For heavy and/or irregular sized playground
equipment components, air transport rates or international
freight rates are relatively excessive. It is possible to place an order
for delivery to a freight forwarder that is based in the U.S., further information regarding
this option appears below.
AK, HI, PR, Canada, Mexico (import fees, govt duty, taxes
required to receive shipment are customer's responsibility). At our discretion,
additional shipping costs may apply to orders shipping to AK, HI, PR, Canada,
Mexico. Our customers are always notified of any change to the shipping amount required,
for approval before we proceed with order processing and shipment.
Europe, Australia, Asia, South America, Africa, Other: We
do not have local agents and we are not able to ship overseas
due to excessive costs and logistics for air or cargo transport to these
locations. Customers located outside of the U.S. may hire their own independent
forwarding agent that is based in the U.S. In this case, we will guarantee delivery to the
agent's U.S. address.

forwarding services that our international customers may check
with for service availability and quote. Detailed Play Systems is not affiliated
with MyUS and we make no representations or guarantees regarding
the suitability of any forwarding service.

Policies
| TERMS
AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES: |
Motor
Freight Delivery:
Customer authorizes Detailed Play Systems to hire a freight
trucking company on customer's behalf for oversized delivery.
All sales requiring motor freight delivery are Freight On Board
(FOB) meaning that title to the goods transfers to customer
when goods are loaded onto truck at seller's facilities. Seller
is not liable in the unlikely event that loss or damage occurs
thereafter. Motor freight company will call customer ahead
of time to schedule an appointment to deliver the goods. Customer
is responsibile for incoming inspection of the goods at the
time of delivery and for noting any shortages or damage to
the goods on the freight bill that customer must sign to receive
delivery. Detailed Play Systems will assist customer with filing
freight claim and receiving replacement product in the event
of a delivery problem. Note that motor freight company terms
for all freight deliveries excludes unloading services, meaning
that customer is responsible for unloading the goods - the
driver's responsibility ends with opening the back of the truck.
Although some drivers may help out, it is recommended that
you plan to have someone assist you or make proper arrangements
for unloading the truck.
Liability - Detailed Play Systems
shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special,
or consequential damages. In no event will Detailed
Play Systems be liable for damages beyond the invoiced
price.
Warranty -
Products are warranted against defects in material and
workmanship resulting from normal use for a period of one year
from date of delivery. All other warranties including merchantability
or fitness of purpose, whether expressed or implied, are hereby
excluded.
Returns - Refunds will exclude expenses
incurred for shipping and handling. Returned merchandise
will be accepted only with prior authorization from
Detailed Play Systems. Made-to-order items are not
cancellable or refundable after an order to manufacture is placed by customer.
For returnable items, authorizations must be requested within 30 days
of delivery acceptance and the return freight charges will be prepaid by the customer.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

information. We highly value our customer relationships and the importance
of maintaining merchant/customer confidentiality. Any information
that you provide to us will only be used to process your order or
request for further information. We do not collect any information
that is specific to you while you shop on our website. We will not
sell or rent our customer's information to any 3rd party for any
use - which means you can feel confident that after you send us your
email address, you will receive only the information you've requested
and not be barraged with annoying 'junk' emails. |

for securing electronic commerce transactions. Your credit card number
is not transmitted to Detailed Play Systems with your order and is
only available to us via secure encrpyted transfer if we request
it afterwards for future processing needs.

Discover or personal check/money order. We accept purchase orders
and offer terms for tax supported government entities or with an

We have arranged our site with easy to navigate text links
and graphics to represent each of the product categories we offer, so that you can easily find all of the information
you need to make your shopping decisions.
1. Locate the items you would like to purchase using the category
text links to different sections of our website.
2. Place items in your shopping cart by clicking the "Add Items" button.
3. Adjust the quantities of items if necessary on the shopping cart page using a 0 to delete an item if desired.
To clear all contents of shopping cart to start over click "Empty Shopping Cart".
4. When you have all of the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, click the "Secure Checkout" button
to proceed to the checkout order form to provide your shipping, billing, and payment information.

The state of New Jersey requires that we collect 7% sales tax
on orders with ship-to addresses within the state of New Jersey.
